TRACEY BEAVERS
Tracy Rene` Hayes-Beavers is a native of Cleveland, OH who now resides in Houston, TX. A gifted writer with several web-published works and a dynamic motivational speaker, Tracy is a strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills. A consultant with MakingNzMeet, and trained mediator of Maat Mediation, Tracy is adept at establishing rapport with members of diverse groups and promoting team cohesiveness through structured and informal learning opportunities. She is the mother of two and a CDC certified community facilitator for SISTA (Sisters informing Sisters on topics about AIDS). As the current director of services for People in Partnership, Tracy has been instrumental in developing teen discussion groups within middle and high schools, facilitating workshops on parenting, self-esteem, personal actualization and stress management.

KIRK CLAY
Kirk Clay is director of the Electoral College Reform Project for Common Cause in Washington, D.C. The project seeks to bring about nationwide popular election of the U.S. president through organizing, voter education and advocacy. Prior to that, he was deputy director of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, where he managed daily operations and was involved with efforts to mobilize members, activists, community leaders, clergy and state legislators in grassroots issue campaigns to affect public policy. Kirk is the former deputy director of People for the American Way's field department. He developed the African American Ministers Leadership Council, a national network of clergy, and managed the Partners for Public Education program, a joint project with the NAACP that mobilizes community support for public education. Kirk is a former White House intern and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati.

RHONDA GLOVER
Rhonda M. Glover is a supervisory special agent with the FBI. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She has a master's in management from the Johns Hopkins University and she holds a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management from Georgetown University. She is a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a Life Member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) where she was elected to the NOBLE Executive Board from 1997-2002 as its National Parliamentarian. She currently serves as the NOBLE National Youth Initiative Chairperson.

D'ANN MORRIS
D'Ann Morris is the manager for Children's Health & Wellness Department for Crystal Stairs Inc. in Los Angeles. She has more than 25 years of senior management executive experience. Her background includes business administration, program and financial development and strategic planning. Known in local communities for her innovative approach to problem solving, Ms. Morris is unequivocally committed to the positive development of children, youth, families, and communities. She received her master's degree in public administration/human resources from Pepperdine University and has a bachelor's in public administration from California State University Dominguez Hills. D'Ann serves as a Los Angeles City Commission for the South Los Angeles Area Planning Commission.

SHEILA SAVANNAH
Sheila Savannah, MA is the executive director of People in Partnership, a community-based non-profit organization that has pioneered several innovative programs that address behavioral health, youth development and family self-sufficiency. She has more than 25 years experience in health and human service program development and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Texas and a master's degree in psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Sheila currently serves on the community initiatives team of Houston City Council Member Ada Edwards, where she works on projects for civic engagement in the areas of human services, youth and historic community preservation.
