Parent Education Summit - Atlanta

Registration is open for the Too Important to Fail Parent Education Summit in Atlanta.
This free program will be held from 9 am – 3 pm at the Camille Cosby Academic Center on the campus of Spelman College, 350 Spelman Lane, Atlanta, GA 30314. Doors open at 8 am for check-in. Advanced on-line registration is required. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
This free program is open to all parents who want to learn how to help their child succeed in school. Workshops include sessions on learning strategies to support homework, planning summer learning activities, and the impacts of absenteeism, mentors and health and safety on learning.

Save the date for the 2012 Leadership Institute scheduled for July 26-30 on the campus of UCLA. Online registration will open Feb. 17. The cost is $600.
